STATE OF THE ART PURIFICATION OF POLLUTED EFFLUENTS
AERIS is a spin-off of the Autonomous University of Barcelona created by experts from the GENOCOV research group, with the aim of helping industries and public entities to improve the environmental quality of their emissions.
In addition to the development of turnkey technologies for the treatment of polluted water and gases, AERIS has an intense research activity.
TREATMENT AND VALORIZATION OF EFFLUENTS
AERIS develops specific biological and physicochemical systems for the treatment and valorization of solid, liquid and gaseous effluents.
ODOR REMOVAL
Our biological systems for the elimination of H2S, NH3 and VOCs allow for the complete deodorization of air, with minimum energy costs and reagent consumption.
ELIMINATION OF VOC´s IN AIR
AERIS comprises experts with extensive research and industrial experience, qualified to evaluate each specific situation and to design the most appropriate treatment technology.
BIOGAS DESULFURIZATION
AERIS designs and commercializes different types of biological systems for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide from energetically profitable gases, with minimum cost and efficiencies >99%.
PILOT PLANTS FOR R+D+I
Our extensive experience in R+D allows us to design and develop pilot research plants for a wide range of applications, according to the specific requirements of each client.
OPTIMIZATION OF EXISTING INSTALLATIONS
AERIS has the appropriate technical team to evaluate and implement improvements in existing installations to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

AERIS, formed by a large group of university professors and prominent researchers, is aware of the importance of the continuous development of new products that can respond to the environmental needs of companies.
